Change "recent or upcoming albums" should show albums around the current date

Currently the list is sorted by release date in descending order. The problem 
is when all there are too many albums to be released in the far future, so that 
no recently released albums are shown at all. Some of the albums might be 
released months in the future, so it might not be very relevant to show those.

Instead, it would be better to show for example 4 upcoming albums closest to 
being released right now, and 3 recently released albums.

Done, the albums are cached so that they don't need to be loaded every time.
