Support alternate stylesheets #108

Offer a few alternate stylesheets so that users could choose one that they like.

For example, an alternate stylesheet: 
http://userstyles.org/styles/85577/vocadb-sakura-miku

Need to figure out a way to minify alternate stylesheet, or skip minification 
for those.

Maintaining multiple stylesheets could prove to be problematic.
