User gets a notification when an album or song by an artist that he's following was submitted

The new notifications feature could probably be used for this. 

An open issue is that you're not required to enter all artists while submitting 
an album (if it's a draft), and often artists are added and removed while the 
entry is being edited. It's easy to create the notification if one of the 
artists matches when a new album/song is submitted, but what should be done for 
the edits? I was thinking that notifications could be sent when someone adds an 
artist to an entry that is sufficiently new (for example, one day old). What 
happens if the artist is then removed? A notification cannot be updated or 
removed automatically once sent. It might be that the notifications system 
isn't dynamic enough for this.

Also need to consider whether the artist should be mentioned in the 
notification. This would be a problem when multiple artists match (for the same 
user). The matches would probably need to be merged into one notification.
