Are there any plans to upgrade to V2?

@AmilKey I don't have any plans at the moment, but would be available to review or guide anyone if they wanted to put a pr forward.

couple of notes/thoughts here:

with v2 addon format, we would need to user @embroider/macros addon to pass config from app to addon instead of config/environment.js file
with v2 addon we may not be able to support auto-generation of version.txt file https://github.com/sethwebster/ember-cli-new-version/blob/master/index.js#L49 and that part may need to be left to user
drop dependency for ember-fetch in favor or regular fetch
ember-auto-import v2 already listed in dependencies, so new major version needed only for changed behavior rather than conversion itself
