Config/Savestate/Firmware Path

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
In the Plugin ini tehre should be the possibility to add additional paths.
Config path is for the emulator configuration folder (where is the 
configuration folder for the emulator).
Savestate path is for the savestates (where shall the emulator save the 
savestates)
Firmware path is for firmware or bios file location (e.g. Mega CD, Turbografx 
CD etc.). 

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

It's for handling the files. Especially Savestates are mixed if you used 
multi-emulators like mednafen or retroarch. So you have all savestates for all 
consoles in one place (in which you lose most likely the overview).

Currently the emulators are creating the config folders in different places, 
which somehow confuses. Sometimes the user can mix up which config folder is 
used from which emulator (especially if the user has regular emulators and not 
only plugins for wiiflow).

Another benefit would be, that different plugins which are based on the same 
emulator can use different settings. For example genesis plus gx can be 
separated into mega cd, genesis etc. and for each console the user can create 
an unique setting (e.g. controller configs)
