4.2 backups jump to 100%, SD card unreadable afterward #567

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. GameCube source
2. Install to SD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: Game to backup.

Instead: Progress jumps to 100% and SD card is inaccessible by WiiFlow /
WiiFlow File Explorer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiFlow 4.2, Wii 4.3U, pimped

Please provide any additional information below.

It worked a couple weeks ago, and I didn't change anything, it just decided to
stop working. The games / SD card are good, I can play them off disc, and
WiiFlow is loading from SD. After trying to backup the game WiiFlow magically
has no idea that an SD card is in, but it now thinks a USB drive is in (which
there isn't).

Tried multiple fresh installs with 4.2 and 4.1, removing save file, powering
off Wii inbetween, etc. Tried a different SD card. Nothing. The same discs I
used for backups last week won't backup now.

It seems like maybe it tries to make an initial write to the SD card and fails
or something. I've been using this SD card for 2 years and WiiFlow or any other
app hasn't had any issue with it the entire time. It can download covers for
Wii channels etc, those save to SD just fine, it's only when I try to make a
backup that the problem occurs.

Looks like I can backup to a USB stick. I'll workaround with that.
