As a user, I want to see a list of all other team members so I can view their committed Setblocks and coordinate my availability with them

As a user, I want to add committed Setblocks to my own schedule so that others can see when I will be most available to collaborate with them

As a user, I want to add a short description of what I will be doing during each committed Setblocks so that other team members know if they are working on similar tasks or if they can help in any way
