Fix Re-sizing of social media icons on Footer #211

Have only encountered this while testing on iPad, but can be reproduced in Chrome dev tools manually adjusting screen size 1200x600 pixels.

The social media icons become too small to comfortably recognize.

This issue can be actively observed while resizing the browser window horizontally.
