Update after adding test inserts

@sofiaromorales let me know if those inserts are suitable to start developing the testimonial page. I did 10 inserts but didn't add them to the staging database, I just tested them in a local database. After you approve the PR I will insert them into the staging DB.

@Ovifer13 everything looks good to me, the only change I would make is to add real URL's into person_image_url (could be the same one for all) to make sure that they are displaying correctly when building the UI. And change testimony data for a larger Lorem ipsum text.
