This PR:

Adjusted balance for several production methods and goods
Added many comments giving analysis of production methods
Fixed certain buildings having duplicate production groups

I think it’s better to adjust goods base price using goods output rather than adjusting the base price as the base price tends to be inconsequential once the game runs. Keeping the goods price uniform across goods also makes it easier to calculate GDP at day 0 which would be helpful for us when we need to set the appropriate starting country rank.

Greeness would be replaced with new PMs under the goods category someday so you can ignore those PMs.
