What does the "Chinese" identity refers to? #70

If it means the people in China, then Han, Yue, Min, etc. should be included in this identity. But the fact is in this mod, Chinese and Han are in a parallel relationship.

It’s there just to mark the states for the CHI country tag. I did it this way to make it easier to assign and interact with states for events.
