This time:

fixed Albania's religious composition
adjusted the Jewish populace of Hungary
completely redid Spanish POPs ( 1950 Census: https://www.ine.es/inebaseweb/treeNavigation.do?tn=92661 )
some preliminary adjustments to Moroccan POPs 01_south_europe.txt 02_east_europe.txt 03_north_africa.txt
