S4: Donkey deadlock trying to connect to a cart in the vehicle hall #87

If you place a vehicle hall below a Donkey Ranch, the donkey may get stuck walking towards and then away from the cart, repeatedly failing to connect to it.

Destroying the vehicle does not work. If you destroy the vehicle, the donkey will be stuck in limbo, forever waiting for the original cart.
