Re-arrange the icon to be in line with the title and GitHub activity badges for a cleaner look.

CONTRIBUTING.md and CONTRIBUTORS.md could also use the same racing-stripes.

Also, SYM-Helper_1.0.0_SYM-1.13.0_Hero.png has been updated.
