Any of the "Remove {whatever}" options displays "Deleting download", which tends to be interpreted as deleting the file associated with that entry that was downloaded, for many reasons:
The window that appears after selecting delete asks the user "Are you sure you want to delete the downloads". I think changing it to "Deleting entry... from the list" would be clearer.
The messages that the system displays for each entry in the list that is being deleted and that show the text "Deleting download ......". As above, it should be changed to "Deleting entry ...." and NOT be notified through the system (or at least be an option for the user).
I know other users to whom I recommended DZA who also have these doubts every time they use the delete option.
As an additional option, it would be interesting to add among the DZA options to automatically remove finished downloads from the list "Remove finished downloads from the list on exit?" so that DZA automatically deletes - without further warning - the entries that correspond to finished downloads.
