Backport TheOneProbe support to 1.10.2 #145

I wanted to use the one probe in my Sky Factory instead of hwyla, but I missed my chickens info. Just cherry picked the commit from the 1.12 branch and resolved conflicts.

Hey anything before 1.12.2 is no longer being updated. It wont be updated on curse, but your free to build and use for personal use only. Sorry, the only reason this is done is because it becomes too much of a hassle keeping up with different versions. I have quite a few mods now and for a while maintained 3 separate versions for each. I appreciate ya doing a proper push request.
