Potentially fixed naming clash when compiling with MSVC. Not tested on Linux or OSX.

I just released fpzip 1.3.0 on GitHub, which has fixes for these issues. Other improvements include CMake support, a BSD 3-clause license, and regression testing. Any feedback would be welcome.

Thanks for the update! I'll take a look at this after the holidays. The switch to BSD licensing alone is worth it.
