When Chrome runs out of memory, open tabs can be reset to default and overwrite the current saved state with that default.
Previous save states and save history are preserved.
Additionally, only the Neuroglancer tabs are crashing not the entire browser (this might just be expected behavior from Chrome, its not clear if the process is explicitly killed)
