Hi there! I was wondering if there was any chance for wheels for OSX + Python 3.7? :)

Hi Phillip! Sorry I didn't see this until now! Let me try compiling it. My intel laptop was broken at the time I released 0.5.0.

Okay, I just released an improved version of zmesh with MacOS binaries for 3.6 and 3.7. Enjoy!
