class not found "org.apache.lucene.index.IndexModifier" #28

Hi,
I am using semanticvectors 1.8 and Lucene 3.0.2. However, I got a class not 
found exception as the title. Semantic vector is looking for 
"org.apache.lucene.index.IndexModifier", which doesnt seem to exist anymore in 
lucene 3.0.2. Any pointers please?

If you're using Lucene 3.0 or higher, please update to semanticvectors 1.30 or 
higher, as described at
http://code.google.com/p/semanticvectors/wiki/LuceneCompatibility

Thanks but as said, I am using semanticvectors 1.8, which *is* already higher 
than 1.3. Still I got the exception.
