Fix link on homepage

The homepage links to:
https://code.google.com/p/semanticvectors/wiki/WordSpace

The link on page is broken. It would be nice to change the link to a working 
version:
http://www.puttypeg.net/book/chapters/chapter6.html

I found this page by going to archive.org to find the content and then 
searching the web for that content. It turns out that it was also mentioned in 
the comments, but I didn't see it because it was below the fold pushed down by 
a bunch of garbage comments. It could also be nice to clear out these comments 
which don't add value
