펭귄 보드게임에서 하얀색/파란색 얼음이 있고 돌림판을 돌려서 나온 색의 얼음을 쳐야한다는 룰이 있어요. 이번 버전에서 이 룰을 적용할 계획이면 TODO로 고려해봅시다
