Faq coming soon template changed to faq template and assets are also changed form coming soon to faq.

Homepage header name also updated.
Homepage counter removed. -Extra code removed from welcome.blade.php and 'assets/faq' folder removed and used different css.
DueLIst.php->get_due_list_callchamp function edited to fix the bug on mycalls page.
