The badge numbers for X assigned and Y scheduled do not load at times #4

This is typically seen when a user remains logged in for a long time and auto logs out on creating some action. The subsequent login usually does not have these numbers.

Also, in such random cases, there're also cases of "CSFR token missing". All linked to the same rootcause seemingly.
