I tried to read through the Essentia implementation for hints: https://github.com/MTG/essentia/blob/07d089fe0fea04cd654b24e2f518775322ff85bb/src/algorithms/standard/nsgconstantq.cpp#L407-L409

Can't make sense of it so let's pick easier tasks for now.
