Integrate LuaBridge #3

First attempt to integrate LuaBridge into the project.

I just swapped it over to my LuaBridge repo and fixed up the including a little. Make sure to delete your "external/luabridge" folder.

There's an extra header called "LuaHeaders.h" which includes all kinds of whacky workarounds/dirty hacks.
