Update firmware.conf with ilo5 new firmware #222

I noticed for ilo5 you have v1.39 in the firmware.conf configuration file and HPE is up to v1.46 for ilo5.

Can we get the firmware.conf file updated with the config\location for ilo5 version 1.46?

I don't think i did this PR correct... and I cannot see how to delete it.
