Naming issues and non-puppetmaster fixes #4

This fixes some naming issues to be consistent across the whole plugin, and allows the python yum plugin to still use the install-remove command when there isn't a catalog.

9424c1d - thanks, I'll push a slightly modified version (it's yum-plugin-puppet not yum-puppet-plugin) 622a0dd - the InstallRemove command is specifically meant for the puppet prefetch phase, I'm a bit hesitant to expose it further 4c27089 / 224f66a: puppet classes can have dashes in their names, we have several of them
