PLEASE bring back some form of high score. #7

My wife and I used to play this a lot as we would compete for the high score in the 25, 50, 100 question runs for example. Now we almost never play it. It doesn't have to be the same implementation as before, but some sort of score keeping so we can compete really helps keep us engaged in this add-on and was the main reason we used it. @seveerekaj Please and thank you!

I can pay a small amount of bitcoin for this feature, but I don't have a lot of money so prob talking $20 or something...
