Describe the bug No USB port functionality after updating to Big Sur 11.3+, even after updating to OpenCore 0.6.9

Issue has been addressed in latest git push. Users may download the project's EFI folder, change the config.plist as described in the readme if they need the fix ASAP.

Otherwise, I will push a release version after updating to the 11.3.1 patch to ensure that there are no surprises with the latest release of Big Sur.

This issue was mentioned in #46 where I falsely said it was safe to update to 11.3 without testing USB functionality (as I did not use USB ports for anything other than power, because I use bluetooth for everything)

Closing, fixed with release 1.2 with OC 0.6.9
