BUG - Minor usability improvements #120

Move "+expense/income/transfer" buttons to the center or left part of the screen (done)

Focus category drop down on open (obsolete)

Highlight "Save" button when Enter key is default for saving and highlight "Comment" field when it is focused (obsolete)

Move "+account" up the screen right below the accounts list

Remove "Id" column from the posting grid (done)

Complete 1 and 5; 2 and 3 is obsolete now
