Fixed #49: Used separate "+ Income" and "+Expense" buttons; Fixed #50: Income and Expense use separate categories; Added grid splitter to resize "Accounts" column; Enlarged layout of the "New Transaction" and "New Transfer" UI; Fixed issue when source account was in the list of target account in the "New Transfer" UI; Removed "Loading" modal screen during new posting creation.
