Add hi-speed dragging #4

Q: would this include the ability to copy hi-speeds without other notes present? Im not able to copy hi-speeds without some other note.

You can already do this, just drag select the hi-speeds and copy/paste them.

Oh it does copy for me but it doesn't show up on the popup. It only says "Paste, Flip Paste". It does work with keyboard shortcuts though.
