Add simple metrics reporter behavior

We want to add Statsd/Prometheus/Influx/Whatever stats reporting to Kaufmann.

Define behavior for a logger/instrumentation which can used for more complex metrics reporting.

What to provide instrumentation of:

• Flow pipeline
  • duration in each stage
  • demand
• consumer latency
