@alex-zuy , please transfer ownership of heroku app to us, I created user at heroku for checkstyle[DOT]java[AT]gmail[DOT]com

Ownership is transferred.

new key is generated at: https://dashboard.heroku.com/account "Manage Account" / "Account" , section "API key".

based on https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/heroku/ encripted by travis CLI:

CI is green, web service work fine by test links from README
