infra: add 'mvn clean verify' to CI #853

Noticed at https://github.com/sevntu-checkstyle/sevntu.checkstyle/pull/851, we have no mvn clean verify in sevntu's CI.

Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on.

it might be a reason.

We have verify covered by mvn -e -Pcoverall install (once we get travis back up), I am closing this.
