Plugin failing with Wordpress 4.6 #129

Hi,

It appears the plugin does not currently work properly with WP 4.6. The post thumbnail editor link is either missing or being rendered as an actual link rather than the javascript function it is supposed to call. Are there plans to update the plugin for this version of wordpress please?
