Plug in not working #47

Greetings, I uploaded your plug in but whenever I attempt to modify any images at all, I simply get the greyed out screen with the loader bar infinitely loading and never allowing me to manipulate the thumbnails whatsoever.

Please help :)

You probably have a conflict with another plugin. I have heard of problems with Contact Forms, and WPML plugins. Try disabling other plugins to find which plugin is the problem. Once we find it, I can see if there is some way to counteract the conflict.

Thank you. I disabled the contact form plug in and a few others and was able to access the program. The only problem I have now is that the results are not showing up in the thumbnail section. Here is the site I am attempting this on. Promogoons.com For example I cropped the thumbnail for this page http://promogoons.com/?product=youtube-comments-likes-subscriptions. Hoping that it would create a thumbnail on the front page of the site which fit within the boundary of the 184x 120 parameters. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am using Jigoshop with the Eureka ecommerce theme. I would be happy to set you up with a password if you wanted to take a look. Thank you again for your previous advice.

If the crop in PTE appeared to have worked correctly, then your theme has to have support for the post thumbnail features for the changes to be seen on the home page. If you would like, I could take a look for you. My email can be found at the following link.
