Tighter integration into the media library

Create a new tab for editing the images directly within the media editor.

• the existing PTE link should open in the media library instead of a new tab, might have to update the existing thumbnail metadata after saving...

For backwards compatibility with thickbox and others, consider creating an alternate calling method as well.
