Spinnaker bold not showing in firefox #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add aaa<strong>xxx</strong>bbb to page
2. display in chrome/safari/ie - xxx is bold
3. display in firefox not bolded 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
as above

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
@import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Spinnaker);
