right click header selection doesn't work well

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on a cell first to has focus
2. right click on the cell's row/column header
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
right click on header should select whole, but it doesn't

refer to the attached file, 1. click on a H7 cell, 2. right click on "H", 
doesn't selection whole column.
