Freeze row causes chart disappear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.deploy and run ZK Spreadsheet Live 
2.freeze row 5 by clicking View>>Freeze Row>>Freeze Row 5 (section of chart is 
part of frozen rows) 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:If chart/section of chart is part frozen row(s) it is displayed while 
rest can be scrolled up
Instead:Chart is cut properly but section of chart that is part of frozen rows 
disappears. Also if Chart completely falls in the frozen rows it disappears.
