Cut should has no memory of area after once copied #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cut F13:G14 
2. copy in cell L12
3. copy in cell P12

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only one cell, P12 is selected after the second copy.
But P12:R13 is selected
