Fronzen row/column does not comply with Spreadsheet's maxrows/maxcolumn #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit http://localhost:8080/zssdemo/test/dynamicmax.zul
2. press "frozenRow and Col

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The frozen row shall not over eject to the right of the maxcolumns. The frozen 
column shall not over eject to the bottom of the maxrows.
