pasteSpecial copy Validation cause Null pointer exception (Ptgs must not be null) #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. include the attached file pasteSpecial.xls
2. press ctrl + c to copy a cell with value, Let's choose E3 as example
3. use pasteSpecial function, when paste type is All or Validation will cause
"Ptgs must not be null" Null pointer exception

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pasteSpecial work on other type, but if type is All or Validation.Cause
"Ptgs must not be null" Null pointer exception

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The excel is create by Excel 2007.
