NPE when load sheet with merge cell #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start zssdemo
2. visit .../zssdemo/test/viewer.zul
3. load merge.xls

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect: see the merge.xls spreadsheet
see: NullPointerException at line 2841 of Spreadsheet.java
