Freeze area is not rendered if it is on the second sheet #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Prepare a .xls excel file, simple info on sheet1, simple info on sheet2 but 
with freeze columns on column C (A, B, C columns are freeze)
2. Start zssdemo
3. visit .../zssdemo/test/viewer.zul
4. Upload the prepared excel file
5. select 2nd sheet that with freeze columns

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect: see the whole sheet
real: the freezed column seems not renderred.(blue background color only)
