freeze column and freeze row is not reset. #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start zssdemo
2. Visit .../zssdemo/test/viewer.zul
3. Upload a xls file with freeze columns (Shall see the blue delimiter line)
4. Upload another xls file without freeze columns

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: there shall not any blue delimiter line
real: there is a blue delimiter line there as if there are freeze columns
