What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Accessing the menu screen of my apps.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no longer the old icon for the app and the name is # followed by
letters. The app
appears to be working still.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?o
1.0 on my HTC Eris phone.

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

honestly I don't have an idea how something like that can happen. There were no
changes regarding application icon in this release.

Can you try to reinstall the application? You may want to backup your current
data
using "Export all folders" or "Export folder" menu items before doing reinstall.

I also encountered this error.
One day, went to fire up OpenSudoku and the icon was gone and the program name
was
replaced by #ff335e6c.
Program still functions normally but I could not "Export all folders" so I lost
all
my games when I uninstalled and reinstalled program. However, the reinstall
seems to
have fixed the icon/name issue for now.
