getting error on start. wont connect either #17

Try enabling "Simple IP Control" on your TV

Did that already to begin with.

Info: I recently updated to Oreo I think 8.x

Also the TV never asked if the device is allowed to controll. I set it to normal and preshared key and made a key. But the normal would still require a confirmation right ?!

I'm not sure about that. When I did try didn't work and was because the "Simple IP Control", which was not stated in the instructions.

I thought you had the same issue.
